In order to offer you the lowest prices imaginable, no refunds will be given under any circumstances. Although we do not offer refunds, we do want you to be satisfied and we will make every effort to fix any error on HollywoodHairandWigs.com's part.
RETURN POLICY
The HollywoodHairandWigs.com return policy varies by product and is detailed below respectfully:
Adhesives and Accessories
Due to the nature of the products no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be given on Adhesives, Removers, Tapes, Skin Protectors or any hair products or accessories sold on this site. All items are brand new and unopened.
Remy Hair
Due to the nature of the product no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be given on Indian Remy Hair Extensions.
Stock Units
Due to the nature of the product no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be given on Stock Units.
Custom Lace Wigs
NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
EXCHANGE FOR A REMAKE OR REPAIR OF THE SAME ORDER ONLY WITHIN 5 DAYS OF SHIPMENT- EXCHANGES APPLY TO CUSTOM LACE WIGS ONLY!
Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final and non-cancelable. In order to insure prompt processing, as well as the ability to accept credit cards, by agreeing to purchase, the customer agrees to not seek any refunds or adjustments of the purchase price by requesting the credit card company or Paypal.com to charge back any payment to us.
Please Note: Due to various color ranges in different monitors, the appearance of color swatches may not give a true representation of hair colors. Therefore ALL hair color/highlight requests must be accompanied by clear picture of your choice for a more accurate color match. An exact match may not be possible. It is recommended that you simply order a color similar to your natural hair color and have a professional stylist add additional highlights to it after you receive it. Color discrepancies will not qualify your wig for an exchange.
All Custom Wig exchanges must be approved and agreed upon by email through customer service via Info@HollywoodHairandWigs.com before packages are accepted or will otherwise be denied at your expense. All approved exchanges will be given a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number*. On Custom Lace Wigs we will reorder if we make a mistake on the custom unit, or your unit is defective upon arrival. However, we will only remake the unit one time.
*Please note that even though you receive a RMA Number your exchange may still be denied if the merchandise is not received in new condition. This does mean that the lace on the unit must not have been cut. The unit must not have been washed, and products can not be applied. The hair should not have been combed, cut, dyed, or altered in any way. The preceding list is a broad statement of altering the wig, but altering the wig is not limited to the preceding terms. HollywoodHairandWigs.com reserves the right to deny a return/exchange on any wig deemed to have been altered, even in ways not listed here.
Please try on the lace wig when it arrives, with your hair as it was when you took measurements. Do not cut the lace until you are sure it fits. If it clearly does not fit, you may immediately return it (new and unaltered) for a repair. However, if the lace wig does not fit due to you taking incorect measurements, you will be charged a repair fee and return shipping fee. Thin Skin wigs are final sale and cannot be repaired at all for incorrect measurements.
Repairs/exchanges will take four weeks or more.
Your package will be sent out USPS Mail, with a Delivery Confirmation Tracking Number. The shipping date you receive with your order confirmation is merely an estimate. HH&W is not responsible for shipping delays. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
